...is a presentation form of 20 slides, with 20 seconds of commentary per slide. Slides change automatically and the speaker synchronises their speech with the images. Each presentation lasts for exactly 6 minutes and 40 seconds. A PechaKucha Night engages around 10 presentations with an audience for a sociable evening of sharing and connections.

Simple. Engaging. Spurring authentic connections.
PechaKucha is the ideal tool to share passions and drop some knowledge... You can use the evening to share research, a story, a moment in time, an idea, a theory - anything you feel like sharing.
PechaKucha has arrived here in Exeter, creating powerful, visually-compelling stories that move audiences in less than 7 minutes, all hosted with drinks and snacks for a sociable evening of sharing in The Hall Exeter.
Anyone can present at a PK: it’s highly structured nature often allows folk who never usually share or speak publicly to brilliantly let people into their worlds.

Anyone can come to the ticketed event. All presentations will be available online after the event.
